We Protect and Fight for Your License

  • Contact us as soon as you have reason to believe a complaint may be made against your license. By being proactive, we have succeeded in getting most investigations closed without any finding of wrongdoing. There is no guarantee and each case is different, but the following are some recent successes:
  • Accusation of gross negligence against psychologist withdrawn in BOP case involving complaint raised by insurer alleging quality of care, documentation and boundary violation issues;
  • Accusation of gross negligence withdrawn in BRN case against nurse stemming from the burning death of a skilled nursing facility patient;
  • Accusation of gross negligence and repeated acts of negligence  against psychologist reduced to public reprobation stemming from alleged breach of confidentiality;
  • Psychologist having paid nearly $20,000 in legal fees to her former lawyer and facing a threat of revocation of her license, received a finding from the Board closing the case with no evidence of wrongdoing, and obtained a significant refund of prior legal fees.
